Micro Entrepreneurs’ Access to Official Information in Tanzania

In today’s world, information is considered as one of the most important resource such that its accessibility is mentioned as constitutional right in many countries’ constitutions.  Coming article discusses of accessibility of official information in Tanzania particularly from micro entrepreneurs’ point of view. Service design and design thinking will provide theoretical framework, collaborative working process and co-creation methods for new information service development in context of higher education institutes and micro entrepreneurs.
